What happens if I arrive after the office has closed?
For arrivals after the office has closed it is essemtial that you make prior arrangmenets with us well in advance - ideally at the time of booking. We kindly ask you to visit the office the following day to complete your check-in.
What do I need to know for my check in?
During your check-in you will be asked to leave a 450 Swiss Francs deposit. You can pay the deposit in Swiss Francs or Euro's or you also have the possibility to make a copy from your Visa, Mastercard or American Express credit card.
You should also be asked to pay the tourist tax, cleaning charge and any pre-ordered linen.
What do I need to know for my departure?
Upon check-in you will receive a Departure Control form. Please complete the form and leave it with the concierge at least 2 days before you are due to depart, so that a meeting can be arranged for the control (according to availability).
For departures outside the opening hours, please see the reverse of the form (also with regards to your deposit). Don't forget to put the keys in the post box outside the office. A replacement key costs, depending on the sort, around 65 Swiss Francs.
What if we have a problem whilst we are on holiday?
We endeavor to ensure you have an enjoyable and successful holiday. The concierge/management company (see above) areextremely helpfull and fluent in many languages. Should you have a problem or be dissatisfied please contact them immediately. If unresolved please let us know immediately by telephone (+44 (0)1252 703127) or email and we will try to resolve it. If you do not, then no liability for any subsequent claim will be accepted or correspondence entered into.
Can I take more or less than 1 week?

Where can I find the booking form?
What is essential to take?
Sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases, towels and tea towels - unless booked in advance.
What else is good to take?
Swimming stuff, table tennis bats/balls, black bin bags, dishwasher tablets, toilet rolls etc, cool bag full of frozen meals for the evenings you don't want to eat out.
What don't we need to take?
Duvets, pillows, cutlery, crockery, cooking equipment.
Prices include a parking space adjacent to the apartment. Additional spaces are not included, although you may have no problem parking nearby for free, and parking in Veysonnaz generally is not difficult. Covered spaces are available in the Grangettes parking underneath the Hotel Chalet Royal at 10 Swiss Francs per night.
